Radsource would like to announce the addition of Dr. Leon Toye to the leadership team of Radsource, who will now be serving as a Radsource Medical Director, assisting in clinical support duties with Drs. Awh and Stadnick. Dr. Toye has worked with Radsource since 2011, and has 13 years of musculoskeletal MRI experience.
Prior to joining Radsource, Dr. Toye served as the Director of Musculoskeletal Radiology at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Toye was highly esteemed by the Baylor radiology residents and fellows for his teaching expertise, playing a vital role in the residency program as an instructor and a sought-after clinical radiologist to the medical staff. Dr. Toye has provided image interpretations for several professional and collegiate teams including the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars. He has numerous publications to his credit and has served as a peer reviewer for the Musculoskeletal Section of the American Journal of Roentgenology. Dr. Toye has a special interest in MR image optimization and protocol development.
Dr. Toye completed musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at Duke University under the direction of Dr. Clyde Helms. Additionally, he was chief resident in Diagnostic Radiology at the St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center/Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix and also graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Toye is an accomplished guitarist and enjoys both live and studio performance. Dr. Toye’s wife, Amanda, is an anesthesiologist who specializes in pain management.
