HL7 Support Analyst I

The HL7 Support Analyst Level I will support Radsource customers regarding all interface and related workflow configuration needs as required. This position will provide first level support for reported HL7 issues, escalate as needed, and be a resource that assists the HL7 team with Mirth and HL7 system management, troubleshooting, problem solving, and general oversight of Mirth and HL7 environments.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Work closely with Support team to resolve and/or escalate issues as required.
  • Reach out to Clients to solve HL7 related issues.
  • Escalate to other HL7 Team Members when needed.
  • Knowledge of HL7 workflow.
  • Experience with Mirth HL7 Engine preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Must possess good work ethic and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Must have experience working in healthcare or related field.
