As Customer Support Manager, Liza Jackson is dedicated to ensuring that Radsource customers maximize their benefits from our products and services and meet their business goals. With a background as a PACS Application Support Analyst and several years of increasing responsibility within Radsource, Liza has developed a deep expertise in PACS software troubleshooting, customer service, and workflow efficiency.
Liza attended the University of South Dakota on a full basketball scholarship, graduating with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Prior to that, she earned an associate degree at Anoka Ramsey Community College, where she also distinguished herself as a National Junior College Basketball All-American and Player of the Year on the 1997 Women’s National Championship team. Liza enjoys CrossFit, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.
