Dr. Peter Moreau is a highly skilled musculoskeletal radiologist, with a background spanning outpatient care, interventional procedures, and sports imaging. Prior to joining Radsource, he practiced as a musculoskeletal radiologist at MRI & CT Diagnostics in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, Virginia.

Dr. Moreau completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at Duke University Medical Center after a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident. He began his postgraduate training with a transitional internship at the University of Maryland Medical Center–Midtown and earned his medical degree from the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. He also holds a master’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Physiology from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Moreau has contributed to research and education in musculoskeletal radiology, co-authoring publications in Skeletal Radiology and educational exhibits at national meetings including RSNA and ARRS. He has been recognized for excellence in clinical service and education throughout his training.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Moreau enjoys time with his wife and two children, as well as cooking, reading, music, and following NBA basketball.
