Lanson Hyde is Chief Executive Officer of Radsource, bringing extensive experience leading healthcare organizations through organic growth, acquisitions, and multi-site operational scaling. He is known for building strong physician partnerships, strengthening leadership teams, and creating high-performance cultures that deliver measurable results.

Prior to joining Radsource, Lanson served as Chief Executive Officer of Preferred Vascular Group, where he expanded services, enhanced recruiting and compliance programs, and positioned the company for a successful exit. He previously led Epix Healthcare as CEO, guiding the national anesthesia group through major operational and financial improvement and a private equity sale. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Healthcare Facilities Partners, Symbion Healthcare, and United Surgical Partners, where he helped develop and operate hospitals, surgery centers, and specialty service lines across multiple states.

Lanson earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Outside of work, he serves as Mayor and Commissioner of the City of Forest Hills, sits on nonprofit boards, and enjoys fly fishing, fitness, travel, and time with his wife and two sons.
