Jeff Carden is a co-founder of Radsource and has served as Chief Operating Officer since the company’s founding in 2002. In 2025, he was elevated to President, expanding his leadership role across both the clinical and technology divisions. Drawing on his deep background in healthcare technology, Jeff leads strategic initiatives, drives operational excellence, and fosters key relationships to ensure Radsource delivers exceptional care and service.
Prior to Radsource, Jeff served as Director of Information Technologies and later as Chief Information Officer for a $150M physician services and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company. In that role, he was directly responsible for the technologies and systems supporting physician practices, ASCs, and Imaging Centers.
Earlier in his career, Jeff held the position of CIO at Nashville-based Health Advantage Network, a PPO company, and also worked with HealthTrust, the Hospital Company. His extensive experience in the field of orthopedics has been instrumental in shaping Radsource’s specialized offerings.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Lipscomb University.
