A Teleradiology Practice Built for Subspecialists

Radsource is a physician-led teleradiology practice focused on musculoskeletal and neuroradiology MRI interpretation. We partner with orthopaedic practices and imaging centers nationwide that rely on subspecialty expertise to guide patient care.

Our environment is stable, well-supported, and designed to keep the focus where it belongs: careful interpretation, consistent quality, and meaningful clinical work.

A Practice Built on Focus, Not Throughput

Founded in 2002, Radsource was built around a simple idea: subspecialty MRI, done well. High standards, thoughtful collaboration, and radiologists who take their work seriously.

Today, that focus has grown into a nationally respected group supported by strong physician leadership, reliable technology, and experienced teams.

Radsource includes two complementary business lines.

Together, this structure allows radiologists to work with strong clinical leadership, dependable technology, and professional support designed to minimize distractions and keep the focus on quality.

Why Radiologists Choose Radsource

Subspecialty-First Model

Radiologists stay focused on the specialty they trained in. Musculoskeletal radiologists interpret joint and spine MRI studies, while neuroradiologists read spine, brain, and ENT imaging. Case assignments follow each radiologist’s training and experience, so the work stays aligned with their subspecialty expertise.

Subspecialty Radiology
Clear Expectations and Professional Standards

Our mission is to provide outstanding clinical service through timely, accurate, and clear reports. Expectations are centered on sound clinical judgment, consistency, and directly answering the referring physician’s question. The focus is not simply on interpretation, but on delivering reports that are actionable and easy to use in patient care.

Subspecialty Radiology
Patient-Centered, Collaborative Approach

At Radsource, we approach imaging with the patient in mind. Radiologists answer the clinical question clearly and directly, focusing on what the referring physician needs to move forward with care. They also work closely with technologists and imaging partners to refine protocols, improve image quality within existing systems, and stay available to referring providers for consultation when needed, all in support of better patient care.

Subspecialty Radiology
White-Glove Administrative and Technical Support

Radsource removes the operational burden from radiologists. Dedicated teams handle licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and malpractice coverage, with a practice administrator overseeing day-to-day logistics.

Radiologists read on ProtonPACS, a PACS developed by Radsource radiologists and supported by in-house imaging and IT professionals who understand clinical workflows. When issues arise, they’re addressed quickly and with minimal disruption.

Collegial, Physician-Driven Environment

Access to peers and clinical leadership is available when consultation adds value, while day-to-day practice remains independent and efficient.

Subspecialty Radiology
Built for Long-Term Practice

Many Radsource radiologists stay with the practice through the later stages of their careers, supported by subspecialty focus, strong support, and dependable workflows.
