Todd Lanier, M.D., is a board-certified neuroradiologist who earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After earning his medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia, Dr. Lanier completed internship and diagnostic radiology residency at Baylor College of Medicine. Following residency, Dr. Lanier completed a two-year fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of California San Diego, where he also served as junior faculty.

Following training, Dr. Lanier entered private practice with Radiology Associates of Savannah while serving as faculty for the Memorial Health University Radiology Residency Program and holding an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Mercer University Medical School position.  Dr. Lanier served as both Director of Neuroradiology and Chair of the Radiology Department at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.  Most recently, Dr. Lanier has served as Head of Neuroimaging at SouthCoast Health, also in Savannah.

Dr. Lanier has held a Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology and has been a Senior Member of the American Society of Neuroradiology for over 20 years.  Dr. Lanier has been well-recognized by his colleagues and referring physicians, demonstrating broad experience and exceptional clinical expertise.

When not practicing radiology, Dr. Lanier enjoys recreational water sports and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughters and friends.
