Richard C. Arigo, M.D. is a highly experienced musculoskeletal radiologist who earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He went on to earn his medical degree at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Arigo completed his radiology residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. After his residency, he completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of California San Diego Medical Center under Dr. Donald Resnick.
Upon completion of his training, Dr. Arigo worked with Radnet as a staff radiologist for 11 years, where he built an excellent reputation among his peers and served on the faculty of the Radnet musculoskeletal radiology fellowship program. Dr. Arigo has received numerous academic honors and was named an Academic All-American for eight semesters at the University of Virginia. Dr. Arigo earned three varsity letters in wrestling at the University of Virginia and was recognized as the U.S. Army Student Athlete of the Year.
Dr. Arigo resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and daughter. When not practicing radiology, he enjoys surfing, skiing, snowboarding and family camping trips.
